Safe parking for the complete project

The Danish design company, ParkOne, wanted to find a partner who could manage the whole development and production process for their new, next-generation P-disc (parking disc). The requirements for quality, dimensions, cost and large-scale production were high.

From the drawing board to the finished product

ParkOne had the design and specifications for a new, groundbreaking, electronic, automatic P-disc within consumer goods. It can be installed in your car in just five minutes and with very low power consumption the battery will last at least two years.

Delfi Solutions was chosen as partner to carry out and manage the project, because we have experience from previous projects involving complex development, sourcing and production of the finished product in the Far East.

Large-scale production

Delfi Solutions solved the task by using new technologies that ensured very low power consumption and that all the electronics could be accommodated within very small dimensions. The whole process of producing electronics, designing moulds for the plastic components and assembling the finished product in the Far East was solved, including producing the packaging and the manual, as well as packing. At the same time, the production set-up is geared for large-scale production.
