Rose Solutions to be part of the Delfi Group
- so it is changing its name to Delfi Solutions

With the integration of Rose Solutions into the Delfi Group we can now offer total solutions to get the best from both Denmark and Asia – a completely integrated package. Rose Solutions has been a member of the Delfi Group since 1 July 2010 and now we are taking the plunge by changing our name to Delfi Solutions.

By doing this we are highlighting the fact that Delfi Solutions is part of a group with its own companies, both in Denmark and Hong Kong, providing access to development and production in China. Limits to when we can benefit from development in China are constantly changing. We can take advantage of this far more consistently and effectively than previously – for the benefit of our customers.

What does this mean to you?

We retain our strong concepts under our new name, i.e. from idea to the final product. Our organisation is enhanced with additional resources within project management, technology and development capacity with Denmark as the starting point. We now have the chance of speedy, secure and efficient transfer of the product that has been developed for profitable production in China.

There are no changes in the key posts. Hans Chr. Pedersen is continuing as day-to-day manager and at the same time he has responsibility for the Group's global sales and marketing activities. Responsibility for project management, communication with clients and suppliers still rests with Jette Nørup.

What about all the practicalities?

Apart from the new name, there are no practical changes in purchase orders, the production basis and test equipment. Order numbers will also be the same as they were before, so all you need to do is switch over to the exciting new prospects which we are offering at Delfi Solutions.
